1. About us

This store is operated by CTM E COM LLC, doing business as Little Crocus, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products

Little Crocus gummies are a food supplement for children aged 4 and up. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from child to child.

4. Safe use

  • Follow the dose on the label and do not exceed it.
  • Give under adult supervision. Make sure younger children chew each gummy well.
  • If your child takes medication, has a medical condition or allergies, talk to your pediatrician or pharmacist before use.
  • Store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Offers and subscriptions

Bundle offers apply only while shown on the product page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy.

7. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or an address we can't ship to. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

8. Shipping and refunds

Shipping times and our 60-Day Calm Promise are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Little Crocus or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable consumer laws (including UK consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.
